The JLGEC currently supports two major fundraisers and many small fundraisers throughout the year.

The Junior League of Greater Elmira-Corning is proud to another Monte Carlo Night fundraiser. Last year's event raised over $10,000 through sponsorship, ticket sales, a silent auction and a live auction. We are very grateful to all of the businesses and individuals who contributed last year and look forward to the event this year.

The Bargain Hut 

Our biggest fundraiser, The Bargain Hut, is a resale store we like to refer to as "the recycling center." Clothes are consigned or donated to the store. We make sure they are in good condition and sell the clothes at extremely affordable prices to members in our community (recycle number one.) Profits from the store are used to reinvest in the community through our member sponsored grants, community grants and an annual scholarship (recycle number two.)

Store hours are Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 10-5pm, Thursday 10-6pm
and Saturday 10-4pm.

Consignments are taken by appointment.
